We do not offer a quick fix.  In our 15+ years experience we've found new habits need at least six weeks to become instilled and for results to be seen.   We do this by following our six steps above.

What if I don't get results?

Imagine you do?  Change your mindset.  However, we are realistic and this is not for everyone.  And as this is a significant investment we will ascertain whether we will get results or not in our initial Onboarding Call.  Our continued WhatsApp communication and weekly check-in will enable us to measure progress and modify any areas that may require it.


I don't come to QFL or go to the gym.

No problem.  Of course a regular structured exercise routine is beneficial however your exercise will be covered in your unique plan and built around your lifestyle.  Disclaimer: you must be able to move, be willing to get your heart rate up and want to change. 


So how much is it then?

As a special introductory offer, our full undivided expertise and mentoring is just a £40 per week investment with a minimum six week commitment.
